# PATH

> PATH is an automation studio based in Córdoba, Argentina (est. 2023) that builds the invisible infrastructure for business operations still done by hand. We don't sell SaaS — we build the rails an operation runs on, inside the tools the team already uses.

We plug into real operations: document/OCR pipelines, WhatsApp flows, fiscal (electronic invoicing) automation, ERP integrations, backoffice systems, operational reporting and AI assistants. We work in English and Spanish and respond within 24 hours.

## What we do

- **Finance Operations**: closing, conciliations and fiscal emission — where the spreadsheet ends.
- **OCR Pipelines**: read a PDF once, never again — invoices, receipts and documents extracted and validated automatically.
- **WhatsApp Operations**: the customer stays in chat, the team stays in their tool.
- **Fiscal Operations**: the CAE (electronic invoice authorization) shows up where the invoice already is.
- **ERP Integrations**: connecting to whatever the business already pays for.
- **Backoffice Systems, Operational Reporting, Approval Flows, AI Assistants.**

## Evidence

- 150 PDFs/day processed automatically for a logistics operation.
- 0 spreadsheets running commissions for a sales team.
- Invoices emitted at 4 AM while clients sleep (monthly close that used to take five days).
- 47 hours recovered per month on a single fiscal close — the case that became //FOLIO.

## Philosophy

We don't replace people; we remove operational friction. Good systems disappear. No preference for tools — only for what still works at 3 AM.
